1. About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase of digital design files from Ajaya Design (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using our files you agree to them.

2. Products and pricing

We sell digital vector design packs, including the Jali Cutting Design Pack, the Radium Cutting Pack and the Pesticide Bottle Design Pack. Prices shown on this website are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST, which is added to the invoice.

We may change prices or contents of packs at any time. The price confirmed to you at the time of order applies to that order.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it and receive full payment through an agreed payment method. Files are released after payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally, usually by download link or messaging app. No physical goods are shipped. Please check that you can open the files promptly after delivery.

5. Licence and permitted use

Your licence is described in our License and Refund Policy. In short, you may use the designs to make finished products for your customers. You may not resell, share, upload, sublicense or distribute the design files themselves.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork and website content remain the property of Ajaya Design. Purchase gives you a licence, not ownership of the copyright.

7. Third-party rights and your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the designs. This includes any text, trademarks, regulatory content and legal approvals required for your final products, for example label requirements for agrochemical packaging. Designs depicting public figures or heritage subjects must be used respectfully and lawfully.

8. Limitation of liability

We supply files as described and provide support for using them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, material wastage, machine settings or production results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant pack.

9. Termination

We may withdraw a licence if these terms are breached, including unauthorised sharing or resale of files.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown.
