License and Refund Policy
What you can do with our files, and how refunds work for digital products.

1. Your licence
Buying a pack gives the purchasing business a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the designs to produce finished goods and services for its customers, such as cut panels, signage and printed packaging.
2. What is not allowed
You may not resell, rent, share, publish, upload or give away the design files, in whole or in part, or present them as your own library. You may not use the files to build a competing design pack.
3. Refunds
Because digital files can be copied once delivered, all sales are final after the files are delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect machine settings or material choices.
4. When we will help
If files are corrupted, will not open, or differ materially from what we confirmed at the time of order, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace the files. If we cannot, we will review a refund.
5. Custom work
Custom design work starts after advance payment is confirmed and is not refundable once work has begun.
